The TH8S from Thrustmaster is in need of a gear knob mod to make the most of it! Most adapters that allow you to put a real gear knob on a sim gear box are made of 3d Printed plastic. For that reason all of my adapters for sim racing gear knobs are made of stainless steel ( see below for the explanation of the 6 speed).
